Abbiamo l'opportunità di inserire profili di AI Engineer per la Practice Innovation Team di MBS Consulting, la società italiana di Management Consulting che opera per grandi clienti nazionali e internazionali supportandoli in progetti strategici di cambiamento, innovazione e miglioramento delle performance.

Dal 2019 siamo parte del gruppo Cerved che ci proietta verso nuovi ambiziosi scenari di crescita e verso un'evoluzione della nostra consulenza in una logica di Solution Consulting.

La risorsa affiancherà un team multidisciplinare composto da Data Scientist, Full Stack Developer, AI Engineer e Business Consultant, contribuendo alla realizzazione di soluzioni innovative per clienti operanti nei settori insurance, banking, energy e pubblica amministrazione. Contribuirà allo sviluppo, all'implementazione e alla sperimentazione di soluzioni tecnologiche basate su modelli di Generative AI, con l’obiettivo di trasformare dati, modelli e competenze di business in applicazioni concrete e scalabili.

Principali responsabilità

  • Sviluppo e sperimentazione di soluzioni basate su modelli LLM e GenAI (attraverso chatbot, sistemi RAG, sistemi ad agenti, …)
  • Integrazione di modelli AI con servizi cloud, database vettoriali e componenti applicative
  • Collaborazione con team di data scientist, AI Engineer e business consultant su progetti ad alto contenuto innovativo

Requisiti

  • Laurea Magistrale in discipline STEM
  • 1-2 anni di esperienza in ambito AI e sviluppo di soluzioni basate su GenAI
  • Ottima conoscenza di Python
  • Esperienza con LangChain e/o altri framework di sviluppo GenAI
  • Familiarità con modelli LLM e applicazioni basate su Generative AI

Completano il profilo

  • Interesse verso soluzioni innovative in ambito AI & Advanced Analytics
  • Attitudine al problem solving e approccio analitico
  • Curiosità, spirito di iniziativa e orientamento alla sperimentazione
  • Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinarI
  • Interesse per l’evoluzione delle architetture GenAI, RAG e agent-based

La sede di lavoro è Milano, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata al livello Impiegato, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 35.000 ed Euro 45.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
