Per il team Operations di CCM (Cerved Credit Management) siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in stage, interessata al mondo del credito e delle operations bancarie.

La persona selezionata affiancherà il team nella gestione delle attività di back office creditizio, supportando i processi operativi legati alla lavorazione delle pratiche bancarie e finanziarie e acquisendo una conoscenza concreta delle principali dinamiche del settore credito.

Cosa farai

  • Supporterai il team nella gestione dei flussi giornalieri delle pratiche, contribuendo alla corretta assegnazione delle attività ai team e agli istruttori di competenza;
  • Collaborerai al monitoraggio delle lavorazioni, verificando il rispetto delle linee guida operative, delle procedure previste e degli SLA di progetto;
  • Affiancherai il team nella gestione delle caselle di posta dedicate ai progetti, supportando le attività di interlocuzione con clienti, filiali e gestori bancari per richieste operative, chiarimenti e integrazioni documentali;
  • Contribuirai all'analisi della documentazione relativa alle pratiche di credito e all'inserimento e aggiornamento dei dati sui sistemi gestionali aziendali e, ove previsto, sulle piattaforme delle banche clienti;
  • Supporterai la gestione delle urgenze e delle priorità segnalate dal cliente, garantendo tempestività e attenzione alle scadenze operative;
  • Collaborerai alla predisposizione, all'aggiornamento e al monitoraggio della reportistica di progetto;
  • Affiancherai il Responsabile di Progetto nel monitoraggio delle attività operative e nella raccolta delle principali evidenze e criticità;
  • Acquisirai progressivamente una conoscenza completa dei processi gestiti, con la possibilità di approfondire attività legate ad analisi creditizie, istruttorie, predisposizione di documentazione contrattuale, pratiche garantite, nulla osta, escussioni e data entry.

Chi sei

  • Stai per laurearti o hai conseguito una laurea in Economia, Finanza, Giurisprudenza, Scienze Bancarie o discipline affini;
  • Hai interesse per il settore bancario, finanziario e per i processi legati al credito;
  • Possiedi buone capacità di analisi documentale e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Hai una buona familiarità con il linguaggio tecnico bancario e creditizio oppure desideri sviluppare competenze in questo ambito;
  • Hai dimestichezza con il pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel;
  • Sei una persona precisa e orientata alla qualità del dato;
  • Sai organizzare il lavoro gestendo correttamente priorità, urgenze e scadenze;
  • Hai buone capacità relazionali e comunicative, utili per interfacciarti con clienti e stakeholder interni;
  • Ti contraddistinguono affidabilità, autonomia operativa e attitudine al problem solving;
  • Hai predisposizione al lavoro in team e al rispetto di procedure e obiettivi condivisi.

La sede di lavoro è Bari, San Donato Milanese, Bologna, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

È previsto un rimborso spese mensile di Euro 800.
