Per rafforzare la nostra struttura SEO, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Senior SEO Specialist che si occuperà della crescita organica sostenibile dei nostri clienti: definirà e supervisionerà le strategie SEO avanzate, gestirà progetti complessi e sosterrà la crescita dei profili junior.

Il ruolo coniuga competenze tecniche, analitiche e strategiche per migliorare la visibilità organica e creare valore misurabile nel tempo per i clienti e per l’agenzia.

Principali responsabilità

  • Definire la strategia SEO attraverso analisi di mercato e dei trend di ricerca, audit tecnici e contenutistici, identificazione delle opportunità di crescita e sviluppo di roadmap data-driven per siti enterprise ed e-commerce
  • Guidare l’implementazione delle iniziative SEO coordinando ottimizzazioni tecniche e on-page, migrazioni, architetture informative, progetti di content strategy e collaborazioni con team multidisciplinari per massimizzare visibilità e performance organiche
  • Monitorare, ottimizzare e far evolvere la strategia SEO tramite analisi delle performance, definizione e tracking dei KPI, reporting orientato al business, attività di formazione e mentoring, innovazione continua e aggiornamento sulle evoluzioni dei motori di ricerca e dell’AI applicata alla Search

Requisiti

  • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito SEO maturata in agenzie, società di consulenza o aziende con ecosistemi digitali complessi (e-commerce, portali, siti enterprise)
  • Laurea in discipline STEM, Economia o Psicologia
  • Forte orientamento consulenziale e capacità di leadership, con esperienza nel mentoring di figure junior e nel coordinamento di progetti e stakeholder
  • Solida expertise in SEO tecnica avanzata, inclusi crawl budget, log analysis, Core Web Vitals, rendering JavaScript, architetture complesse, SEO internazionale e gestione di migrazioni complesse
  • Competenze avanzate in keyword research, mappatura semantica, ottimizzazione on-page (anche in contesti multilingua e dinamici) e implementazione di structured data
  • Ottima padronanza dei principali strumenti SEO e di web analytics (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio), conoscenza di HTML/CSS/JavaScript e regex, oltre a un utilizzo professionale della suite Microsoft
  • Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese

La sede di lavoro è Morbio Inferiore, Svizzera, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

Il range retributivo iniziale previsto per la posizione è compreso tra CHF 40.000 e CHF 55.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
