Per rafforzare la struttura di IT Project Management, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Project Manager che sarà il principale punto di riferimento per la gestione operativa e strategica di progetti di integrazione e personalizzazione dei servizi digitali Cerved rivolti a clienti dell’area di Istituzioni Finanziarie.

La risorsa si occuperà di progetti di system integration finalizzati all’adozione dei prodotti e servizi Cerved per la digitalizzazione dei processi di valutazione del merito creditizio dei nostri clienti.

La figura avrà la responsabilità di garantire il successo dei progetti assegnati, assicurando il rispetto di tempi, budget e standard qualitativi concordati.

Cerchiamo una persona autonoma, strutturata e orientata al risultato, in grado di governare la complessità progettuale, anticipare le criticità e proporre soluzioni efficaci.

Principali responsabilità

  • Pianificare e gestire i progetti
  • Coordinare i team di progetto e gestire i fornitori
  • Analizzare i requisiti e gestire la progettazione tecnica
  • Gestire la relazione tecnica con il cliente
  • Implementare il disegno e garantire il supporto tecnico operativo
  • Rendicontare la documentazione e il reporting necessario

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di 2-4 anni in ruoli di Project Management in ambito IT, preferibilmente su progetti di integrazione sistemi e servizi digitali B2B
  • Laurea in discipline STEM, Economia o Psicologia
  • Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di project management (Agile, Waterfall e modelli ibridi) e capacità di coordinare team multidisciplinari e stakeholder interni ed esterni
  • Esperienza nella raccolta, analisi e formalizzazione di requisiti funzionali e tecnici, con forte orientamento al problem solving e alla gestione proattiva delle criticità
  • Competenza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di collaboration e project tracking (es. Jira e Confluence) e buona conoscenza delle architetture e dei pattern di integrazione applicativa
  • Esperienza nell’integrazione di sistemi tramite API REST/SOAP, analisi di dati strutturati (JSON, XML), utilizzo di SQL e strumenti di API testing e debugging come Postman

Le sedi di lavoro sono Milano, Roma, Cosenza e Padova, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata tra 1 e 2 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 35.000 ed Euro 55.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
