Per rafforzare il nostro team DB & Systems Management, siamo alla ricerca di un Database Engineer che contribuirà all'evoluzione delle piattaforme dati che supportano prodotti e servizi digitali ad alto volume e ad alta criticità.

La figura avrà l'opportunità di lavorare su tecnologie cloud moderne, architetture data-driven e soluzioni ad elevate prestazioni, collaborando con team di sviluppo, data specialist e professionisti infrastrutturali per progettare ecosistemi dati affidabili, sicuri e scalabili.

Principali responsabilità

  • Collaborare alla progettazione e all'evoluzione di piattaforme dati scalabili, individuando le soluzioni tecnologiche più adeguate ai diversi contesti applicativi;
  • Supportare i team di sviluppo nella definizione di modelli dati efficienti e sostenibili, contribuendo alle attività di Data Modeling e Data Architecture;
  • Garantire disponibilità, resilienza e continuità operativa delle piattaforme attraverso soluzioni di High Availability e Disaster Recovery;
  • Ottimizzare le prestazioni dei sistemi dati, analizzando query, workload e pattern di utilizzo;
  • Contribuire all'implementazione delle migliori pratiche di sicurezza e governance dei dati, in linea con i requisiti normativi e aziendali;
  • Partecipare a progetti di migrazione, evoluzione tecnologica e modernizzazione di ambienti cloud;
  • Supportare il monitoraggio e l'ottimizzazione delle risorse in ambienti AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure e MongoDB Atlas, contribuendo all'efficienza e alla sostenibilità delle piattaforme.

Requisiti

  • Laurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Data Science, Matematica, Fisica o altre discipline STEM;
  • 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli legati a database, piattaforme dati, infrastrutture cloud o sistemi applicativi;
  • Interesse per le architetture dati moderne, il cloud computing e le tematiche di performance e scalabilità;
  • Familiarità con database relazionali (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) e/o NoSQL (MongoDB o tecnologie analoghe);
  • Conoscenza delle principali tematiche di sicurezza e protezione del dato;
  • Interesse o esperienza in ambienti Cloud (AWS, OCI, MongoDB Atlas);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Approccio analitico, curiosità tecnologica e forte orientamento all'apprendimento continuo;
  • Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e di contribuire attivamente all'innovazione delle soluzioni.

Sede di lavoro: Milano, Mangone, Padova, Roma, Torino

Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida

La posizione è inquadrata tra 2 e 3 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 28.000 ed Euro 35.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
