Per rafforzare la struttura di Field Collection, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Field Collection Senior Specialist che avrà la responsabilità di coordinare e sviluppare il network dei Field Collectors dell'area assegnata, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi, la qualità delle attività sul territorio e il rispetto delle procedure operative aziendali.

Principali responsabilità

  • Selezionare, coordinare e supportare i Field Collectors presenti sul territorio di competenza;
  • Curare l'inserimento e la formazione operativa delle nuove risorse, garantendo la corretta trasmissione di procedure, strumenti e modalità di lavoro;
  • Pianificare e monitorare la distribuzione dei carichi di lavoro e delle aree di competenza, assicurando un'efficace copertura del territorio;
  • Assegnare i lotti di lavorazione nel rispetto dei criteri di performance, produttività e volumi gestiti;
  • Effettuare affiancamenti operativi ed esattivi dei Field Collectors sul territorio 4 giorni su 5, garantendo il corretto svolgimento delle attività e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati;
  • Gestire direttamente attività di recupero crediti nei casi che richiedano un intervento operativo specifico;
  • Verificare il corretto utilizzo degli strumenti e della documentazione affidata ai Field Collectors, garantendo il rispetto delle procedure aziendali;
  • Monitorare e analizzare le performance dei collaboratori e dei prodotti assegnati, individuando opportunità di miglioramento e azioni correttive;

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di coordinamento o gestione di risorse;
  • Buona capacità di apprendimento, proattività e disponibilità a mettersi in gioco;
  • Attitudine a operare in contesti dinamici e orientati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
  • Spiccate capacità relazionali e forte orientamento al lavoro di squadra;
  • Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
  • Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità;
  • Orientamento al risultato e approccio pratico alla risoluzione dei problemi.

Sede di lavoro: Tremestrieri Etneo (CT).

Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata tra 2 Livello e 1 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 40.000 ed Euro 50.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
