Per potenziare il nostro team Legal Affairs, siamo alla ricerca di un Legal Affairs Senior Specialist da inserire a supporto delle diverse funzioni aziendali, fornendo consulenza principalmente in materia di contrattualistica, tech e data protection.

Principali responsabilità

  • Redigere, revisionare e negoziare documentazione contrattuale (contratti di vendita e acquisto servizi, distribuzione, licenza e sviluppo software, accordi di riservatezza, Proof of Concept, Letter of Interest, Memorandum of Understanding, Data Processing Agreement, ecc.);
  • Fornire supporto legale ai progetti strategici e operativi, garantendo l’allineamento con le normative vigenti;
  • Offrire consulenza interna su temi di diritto commerciale, privacy e governance aziendale;
  • Curare attività di formazione legale rivolta ai team interni su tematiche chiave (es. privacy, contratti, codice etico);
  • Collaborare con il General Counsel nella definizione e implementazione delle politiche e procedure legali aziendali.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza o discipline affini. Il conseguimento del titolo con eccellenti risultati accademici sarà considerato un plus;
  • Abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense;
  • Esperienza di 5-7 anni presso studi legali nazionali o internazionali di primario standing, con esposizione a tematiche di diritto commerciale e contrattualistica;
  • Interesse e motivazione a intraprendere un percorso in azienda, contribuendo attivamente alle dinamiche legali a supporto del business;
  • Buona conoscenza delle tematiche legate alla contrattualistica commerciale, preferibilmente con esposizione a contratti di licenza software, servizi ICT e tematiche di data protection;
  • Buone capacità di drafting e negoziazione, con attenzione al bilanciamento tra tutela legale e obiettivi aziendali;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con interlocutori interni ed esterni;
  • Capacità di gestione delle priorità e delle scadenze, anche in contesti dinamici;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta sia parlata.

Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida

La posizione è inquadrata al 1 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 50.000 ed Euro 65.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
