Per potenziare la nostra area Legal, stiamo cercando una persona da inserire come Legal Senior Specialist nell’ambito Corporate Affairs e Group Governance. La risorsa supporterà la gestione degli adempimenti societari e delle attività di governance del Gruppo.

Principali responsabilità

  • Supportare l’organizzazione delle riunioni degli organi sociali delle società del Gruppo Cerved (Consiglio di Amministrazione e Assemblea);
  • Supportare la predisposizione e la gestione della documentazione relativa alle riunioni degli organi sociali delle società del Gruppo Cerved (ad esempio convocazioni, verbali e raccolta dei materiali a supporto);
  • Gestire gli adempimenti successivi alle relative riunioni degli organi sociali delle società del Gruppo Cerved;
  • Garantire la corretta tenuta dei libri sociali delle società del Gruppo Cerved;
  • Supportare la gestione degli aspetti societari connessi ad operazioni straordinarie (es. fusioni, scissioni);
  • Approfondire e analizzare tematiche inerenti al diritto societario e alla governance;
  • Gestire i rapporti con i componenti degli organi sociali delle società del Gruppo Cerved per le attività legate allo svolgimento delle riunioni, nonché con consulenti esterni e con le funzioni interne, in coordinamento con il responsabile Corporate Affairs e Group Governance.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza o discipline affini;
  • Esperienza di 2-5 anni nell’ambito della segreteria societaria, maturata presso primari studi legali nazionali o internazionali e/o aziende strutturate;
  • Capacità di gestire con autonomia e proattività le attività e i progetti assegnati;
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e capacità di relazionarsi efficacemente con interlocutori interni ed esterni;
  • Elevata precisione e organizzazione, con attenzione al rispetto delle scadenze e alla corretta predisposizione e gestione della documentazione;
  • Approccio improntato alla riservatezza, con spiccate capacità di problem solving, pianificazione delle attività e gestione delle priorità;
  • Attitudine all’apprendimento e all’approfondimento continuo delle tematiche di competenza;
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida

La posizione è inquadrata tra 1 e 2 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 35.000 ed Euro 50.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
