Abbiamo l'opportunità di inserire profili di Business Analyst per la Practice Banking di MBS Consulting, la società italiana di Management Consulting che opera per grandi clienti nazionali e internazionali supportandoli in progetti strategici di cambiamento, innovazione e miglioramento delle performance.

La figura supporterà progetti di trasformazione rivolti a primari istituti finanziari, banche e operatori del settore, collaborando con team multidisciplinari nella definizione e realizzazione di iniziative che uniscono business, tecnologia e innovazione.

Il ruolo offre l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze distintive nella consulenza direzionale e nella trasformazione dei sistemi informativi, contribuendo a programmi di digital transformation, system integration, evoluzione delle piattaforme bancarie e adozione di soluzioni basate su AI e data analytics.

Principali responsabilità

  • Supportare il team di progetto nelle attività di analisi, problem solving e sviluppo di raccomandazioni per il cliente
  • Analizzare processi, organizzazione e modelli operativi nell'ambito bancario e finanziario
  • Raccogliere e formalizzare requisiti funzionali attraverso workshop e interviste con stakeholder business e IT
  • Contribuire a programmi di trasformazione digitale, integrazione e migrazione di sistemi informativi
  • Supportare attività di assessment, gap analysis e definizione di processi target
  • Collaborare con team tecnologici e partner di implementazione nella traduzione delle esigenze di business
  • Contribuire alla preparazione di deliverable progettuali, steering material e report destinati al management
  • Supportare attività di testing, change management e adozione delle soluzioni implementate
  • Effettuare ricerche, benchmark e analisi di mercato, anche sui principali trend nel settore Banking, Data & AI

Requisiti

  • Laurea magistrale o triennale in Economia, Ingegneria, Statistica, Matematica, Informatica o discipline STEM/quantitative affini
  • Interesse per il settore finanziario e per le tecnologie digitali.
  • Forte orientamento al problem solving
  • Curiosità intellettuale e propensione all'apprendimento continuo

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima padronanza di Excel (funzioni avanzate, pivot) e PowerPoint
  • Capacità di lavorare con dataset complessi, di eseguire analisi e produrre sintesi
  • Conoscenza base di strumenti analitici (es. SQL, Python, R, Power BI/Tableau) considerata un plus, non obbligatoria.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

La sede di lavoro è Milano, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata al livello Impiegato, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 35.000 ed Euro 45.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
