Abbiamo l'opportunità di inserire profili di Engagement Manager per la Practice Energy di MBS Consulting, la società italiana di Management Consulting che opera per grandi clienti nazionali e internazionali supportandoli in progetti strategici di cambiamento, innovazione e miglioramento delle performance.

Dal 2019 siamo parte del gruppo Cerved che ci proietta verso nuovi ambiziosi scenari di crescita e verso un'evoluzione della nostra consulenza in una logica di Solution Consulting.

Principali responsabilità

  • Supportare la definizione e l’implementazione di strategie di energy management e route-to-market per utilities, operatori di energy trading e aziende energy-intensive
  • Disegnare e sviluppare framework di risk management, con focus su strategie di hedging e ottimizzazione dei portafogli energetici.
  • Analizzare e valutare prodotti energetici complessi, tra cui power purchase agreement (PPA), contracts for difference (CfD) e strumenti derivati
  • Sviluppare modelli quantitativi per la misurazione e la gestione dei rischi energetici, inclusi VaR (value at risk), PaR (profit at risk) e analisi di scenario
  • Contribuire alla realizzazione di progetti complessi in ambito energia, trading e mercati energetici
  • Gestire iniziative di trasformazione organizzativa e programmi di evoluzione dei processi aziendali
  • Supportare l’implementazione e l’ottimizzazione di sistemi ETRM (energy trading and risk management)
  • Curare la relazione con il cliente, garantendo il coordinamento delle attività progettuali e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
  • Coordinare e supportare le risorse junior, favorendone la crescita professionale e lo sviluppo delle competenze

Requisiti

  • Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 6 anni in società di consulenza strategica/direzionale o realtà energy
  • Solida conoscenza dei mercati energetici (power, gas, CO₂)
  • Comprensione di strumenti finanziari per hedging (futures, options, forward)
  • Conoscenza dei principali sistemi ETRM
  • Esperienza nello sviluppo e utilizzo di modelli di rischio e metodologie di simulazione
  • Competenze di analisi dati (Excel avanzato, R, Python, SQL o strumenti analoghi)
  • Spiccato orientamento analitico e un approccio strutturato al problem solving
  • Attitudine consulenziale e orientamento al cliente
  • Capacità di gestione progettuale e coordinamento team
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione
  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Matematica, Fisica, Economia o affini
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata

Costituiscono un plus:

  • Master o specializzazione in Energy Management o Finanza (preferenziale)
  • Esperienza su tematiche di portfolio optimization e asset valuation
  • Conoscenza di regolazione mercati energia (ARERA, EU ETS, ecc.)
  • Esperienza diretta in trading floor o desk energia
  • Certificazioni (FRM, CFA, Energy Risk Professional)

La sede di lavoro è Milano, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata al livello Quadro, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 70.000 ed Euro 90.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
