Abbiamo l'opportunità di inserire profili di Senior Associate per la Practice Banking di MBS Consulting, la società italiana di Management Consulting che opera per grandi clienti nazionali e internazionali supportandoli in progetti strategici di cambiamento, innovazione e miglioramento delle performance.

La figura è responsabile dell’esecuzione operativa dei progetti, agendo come punto di riferimento qualificato per il cliente nella gestione e risoluzione di problemi complessi.

La figura traduce i requisiti di business in soluzioni tecnologiche concrete — AI, Cloud, Open Banking — supportando il team nella delivery e garantendo la qualità dei deliverable.

Principali responsabilità

  • Eseguire attività progettuali end‑to‑end, assicurando qualità, accuratezza e coerenza rispetto agli obiettivi
  • Analizzare requisiti di business e tradurli in specifiche funzionali e soluzioni tecnologiche applicabili (AI/ML, data analytics, cloud enablement, open APIs)
  • Contribuire alla mappatura, revisione e ottimizzazione dei processi as‑is, definendo modelli to‑be digitali e automatizzati
  • Effettuare analisi dati tramite SQL, Power BI, Tableau o strumenti analoghi, generando insight a supporto delle decisioni
  • Supportare l’implementazione di use case basati su Generative AI (automazione operational, risk analysis, assistere i workflow di back‑office)
  • Partecipare attivamente a team di delivery Agile/Scrum, contribuendo alla gestione degli sprint e all’utilizzo di tool come Jira/Confluence
  • Gestire in autonomia la relazione con i referenti operativi del cliente (middle management) assicurando continuità e allineamento
  • Produrre documentazione tecnica, analisi funzionali e presentazioni con contenuto direzionale.
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il lavoro di Analyst e Junior Consultant, garantendo rispetto di tempi, priorità e standard qualitativi

Requisiti

  • Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline STEM
  • 3–5 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente maturati in primarie società di consulenza nell’ambito Banking / Financial Services (no insurance)
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti finanziari, dei processi di core banking e del mondo payments.
  • Esperienza in ambito finanza/tesoreria e controllo di gestione; preferibile esposizione ai derivati (almeno per uno dei due SASC)
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)
  • Padronanza avanzata del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
  • Eventuali certificazioni in ambito tech/digital costituiscono un plus

Competenze tecniche

  • Process Engineering & Re‑design: capacità di mappare processi bancari complessi as‑is e ridisegnarli in ottica digitale e automatizzata to‑be.
  • Data Analysis & AI Implementation: utilizzo di SQL, Power BI, Tableau e strumenti di analisi avanzata; supporto all’implementazione di use case basati su Generative AI.
  • Agile Delivery: esperienza pratica in team Agile/Scrum, gestione di sprint, utilizzo di Jira/Confluence.
  • Capacità di strutturare dati, analisi e documenti in modo chiaro, sintetico e orientato all’azione.

La sede di lavoro è Milano, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata al livello Quadro, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 60.000 ed Euro 70.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
