Per rinforzare la nostra struttura Physical Assets & Resources, stiamo cercando una figura da inserire come Real Estate Network Senior Specialist, che si occuperà dello sviluppo, del coordinamento e della gestione della rete di professionisti esterni (periti, studi professionali e società tra professionisti), garantendo elevati standard qualitativi, efficienza operativa, conformità normativa e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Coordinare, sviluppare e valorizzare la rete di professionisti esterni, assicurando una copertura territoriale coerente con le esigenze operative dell'azienda.
  • Gestire i processi di selezione, qualificazione e onboarding di nuovi partner professionali, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti.
  • Curare le relazioni con il network, promuovendo collaborazione, engagement e partnership di lungo periodo.
  • Monitorare KPI e SLA relativi a performance, qualità e produttività della rete, predisponendo reportistica periodica e analisi a supporto delle decisioni.
  • Individuare azioni correttive e piani di miglioramento finalizzati all'incremento dell'efficienza operativa e della qualità del servizio.
  • Gestire gli aspetti contrattuali dei partner professionali e garantire l'aggiornamento della documentazione amministrativa e di compliance (polizze assicurative, certificazioni, iscrizioni agli ordini professionali, crediti formativi e altri requisiti previsti).
  • Supportare il network nella gestione delle attività operative e nella risoluzione delle criticità, favorendo il coordinamento tra le diverse funzioni aziendali e i professionisti esterni.
  • Collaborare con le strutture interne per una corretta allocazione delle pratiche e un efficace bilanciamento dei carichi di lavoro.
  • Negoziare accordi e condizioni di collaborazione, organizzando incontri periodici con i partner e promuovendo iniziative volte ad aumentare qualità, efficienza e soddisfazione del cliente.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle normative di settore e delle policy aziendali, monitorando la qualità delle attività svolte e coordinando audit, verifiche e controlli periodici sul network.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o affini.
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di reti professionali, commerciali o di fornitori specialistici.
  • Esperienza nella collaborazione con periti, studi professionali, studi legali, agenti o altri partner esterni.
  • Conoscenza delle principali attività di network management, gestione contrattuale, analisi KPI e reporting.
  • Buona conoscenza della normativa contrattuale e dei principali aspetti di compliance.
  • Ottima padronanza di Excel; la conoscenza di Power BI e di CRM aziendali costituirà un requisito preferenziale.
  • Spiccate capacità di leadership e influenza, unite a solide competenze negoziali e relazionali.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, di pianificazione, problem solving e gestione dei conflitti.

Sede di lavoro: Milano, Padova, Torino, Bologna, Roma, Brindisi oppure Bari.

Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata tra 1 Livello e 2 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 30.000 ed Euro 45.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
