Per rinforzare la nostra struttura Physical Assets & Resources stiamo cercando una figura da inserire come Real Estate Senior Specialist, che si occuperà del processo di gestione delle valutazioni immobiliari effettuate per i nostri clienti.

In particolare, la persona sarà coinvolta nelle attività di stima dei beni immobiliari in ambito retail.

Le principali responsabilità saranno:

  • Condurre analisi approfondite di asset e portafogli immobiliari, in particolare per il settore retail, per determinare il loro valore di mercato e ottimizzare il processo di valorizzazione.
  • Realizzare studi di fattibilità tecnico-economica per progetti di sviluppo immobiliare e analisi finanziarie di progetti urbanistici.
  • Coordinare e supervisionare l'intero processo di valutazione immobiliare, dall'incarico alla consegna, assicurando la conformità alle normative e agli standard.
  • Procurare ed esaminare visure catastali, accertamenti urbanistici e altri documenti tecnici e legali per verificare la conformità e la regolarità degli immobili.
  • Preparare report, relazioni e statistiche dettagliate per i clienti e le parti interessate, comunicando in modo chiaro le analisi e le conclusioni.
  • Offrire supporto e assistenza ai clienti in tutte le fasi relative alla valutazione o gestione degli immobili.

Stiamo cercando:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Civile o Architettura, oppure un master o una formazione post-laurea in linea con il ruolo.
  • Una certificazione RICS, REV, UNI o altre certificazioni analoghe come valutatore immobiliare costituiranno un plus significativo.
  • Una profonda passione per l'estimo.
  • Spiccate doti di flessibilità, dinamicità e velocità nell'apprendimento, supportate da eccellenti capacità relazionali che favoriscono la collaborazione con diversi interlocutori.
  • Un'ottima padronanza di AutoCAD ed Excel.

Sede di lavoro: Milano, Padova, Torino, Bologna, Roma, Brindisi oppure Bari.

Modalità di lavoro: Ibrida.

La posizione è inquadrata tra 1 Livello e 2 Livello, secondo il CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio) e il range retributivo iniziale previsto è compreso tra Euro 30.000 ed Euro 45.000. L'esatta attribuzione all'interno della fascia retributiva sarà determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi, trasparenti e neutrali sotto il profilo del genere (nel rispetto della normativa vigente).
