Strawberry Living är inne i en expansiv fas och nu tar vi nästa viktiga steg i vår utveckling genom etableringen av Aurora Village - en storskalig entreprenörsby och personalbostadsanläggning i anslutning till SSAB:s projekt ”MiniMillen”.

Genom varumärket Lynra ska Strawberry Living redefiniera Facility Management och sätta en ny standard för vad ett projektboende kan vara. Vi sätter människan i centrum och skapar en plats där trivsel, gemenskap och trygghet går hand i hand. Vi drivs av handlingskraft, en hög servicenivå och modet att tänka nytt.

Vår etablering på Aurora Village omfattar boende för upp till 2 000 personer samt en central restauranganläggning på området som serverar frukost, lunchlådor och middag till alla projektarbetare och gäster.

Om rollen Som Executive Chef har du det övergripande helhetsansvaret för hela restaurangverksamheten och tillhörande minimarket på Aurora Village. Rollen sträcker sig utanför kökets gränser - du ansvarar för den totala gästupplevelsen, logistiken i restaurangen, personalen i såväl kök som matsal, samt det ekonomiska resultatet. Du leder hela F&B-teamet och rapporterar direkt till General Manager.

Vad rollen innebär: - Helhetsansvar & Gästservice: Du leder driften i både kök och matsal. Du drivs av att leverera en fantastisk helhetsupplevelse - både kulinariskt och genom ett varmt bemötande. Du har ett öga för detaljer och ser till att hela restaurangmiljön är välkomnande och effektiv. - Logistik & Gästflöden: Du planerar och optimerar flödena för upp till 2 000 gäster så att måltidsservicen löper smidigt och säkert. - Kök & Meny: Du ansvarar för att utveckla en varierad och näringsrik meny anpassad för en stor och dynamisk gästgrupp. Du planerar menyerna smart för att säkra hög kvalitet - samtidigt som du upprätthåller en strikt kostnadskontroll. - Hållbarhet & Rutiner: Du säkerställer att koncernens riktlinjer för ekologisk mat och hållbarhet efterlevs, samt tillser att lagar, egenkontroll (EKL) och arbetsmiljöföreskrifter alltid följs i hela verksamheten. - Ledarskap & Team: Du rekryterar, bemannar och utvecklar din personal på ett strukturerat och motiverande sätt som skapar god sammanhållning och en stark laganda.

Är detta du? - Du är en mästare på logistik och drift, med dokumenterad erfarenhet av att styra stora gästflöden och hålla ihop helheten i storskaliga restaurangverksamheter, hotell eller catering. - Du är en trygg ledare som stolt tar ansvar för hela restaurangens funktion – från kökets produktion till matsalens logistik och gästbemötande. - Du är en utpräglad lagspelare som främjar gemenskap, god arbetsmiljö och effektivt samarbete i hela F&B-teamet. - Du genomför dina uppgifter på ett självständigt, strukturerat och affärsmässigt sätt. - Du är flexibel, hanterar en hektisk och föränderlig miljö med ett leende, samt har ett professionellt bemötande gentemot både kollegor och gäster.
