Sundström Infra Sverige AB befinner sig i en expansiv fas och fortsätter att stärka organisationen för att möta verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling. Som en del av denna utveckling söker vi nu en HSE-specialist som vill vara med och utveckla vårt arbete inom hälsa, säkerhet och arbetsmiljö. I rollen får du en viktig uppgift i att utveckla och stödja vårt arbete inom HSE frågor nära den operativa verksamheten.

Vi arbetar inom infrabranschen med bland annat projekt inom mark-och anläggning, järnvägsbyggnad, asfaltering och ballast.

Om rollen

I rollen arbetar du nära våra projekt och arbetsplatser för att säkerställa att arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsfrågorna är en naturlig del av det dagliga arbetet.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • arbeta med arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsfrågor ute i verksamheten
  • identifiera risker och bidra till förebyggande åtgärder
  • följa upp arbetsmiljörutiner, avvikelser och incidenter
  • bidra till ett systematiskt HSE-arbete
  • stötta chefer, arbetsledare och medarbetare i arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsfrågor
  • genomföra eller medverka vid riskbedömningar och säkerhetsronder
  • bidra till att utveckla rutiner och arbetssätt inom HSE

Rollen innebär nära kontakt med den operativa verksamheten och passar därför dig som tycker om att vara ute i verksamheten snarare än att enbart arbeta administrativt.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som har någon av följande bakgrunder:

  • utbildning eller erfarenhet inom HSE, arbetsmiljö, säkerhet eller motsvarande
  • erfarenhet från bygg-, anläggnings- eller infrastrukturverksamhet där arbetsmiljö och säkerheten varit en del av ditt arbete

Erfarenhet av BAS-P/BAS-U, KMA eller ISO 45001 är meriterande.

Som person

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara säkerhetsmedveten, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du tar ansvar, arbetar självständigt och skapar förtroende i kontakten med såväl yrkesarbetare som arbetsledning och chefer. Med ett tydligt och konstruktivt arbetssätt bidrar du aktivt till förbättringar och en positiv säkerhetskultur.

Du kommunicerar väl på engelska i tal och skrift. Kunskaper i svenska är meriterande och kan vara ett krav i vissa projekt.
