Som Produktionschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för fabrikens samlade produktion. Du leder en organisation via flera underställda avdelningschefer och ingår i företagets ledningsgrupp.

Dina ansvarsområden

  • Säkerhet och arbetsmiljö: Yttersta ansvar för systematiskt säkerhetsarbete och god arbetsmiljö.
  • Produktion och kvalitet: Ansvar för att säkra leveranssäkerhet, hög kvalitet och optimal produktivitet.
  • Ekonomi: Budget- och resultatuppföljning med god ekonomisk förståelse.
  • Utveckling: Driva ständiga förbättringar, förändringsarbete och långsiktig personalutveckling.

Dina kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet av att leda chefer och skapa resultat genom en ledarorganisation.
  • God förmåga att arbeta med produktionsstyrning, kapacitetsplanering och verksamhetsutveckling.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av systematiskt arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsarbete.
  • Vana av att driva förändrings- och förbättringsarbete.
  • God ekonomisk förståelse samt erfarenhet av budget- och resultatuppföljning.
  • Flytande i svenska i såväl tal som skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter

  • Högskoleutbildning inom teknik, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av Lean, ständiga förbättringar eller effektiviseringsarbete.
  • Bakgrund större industri eller tillverkningsverksamhet.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av att leda produktion genom underställda chefer
  • Kunskap inom kvalitetsledningssystem, förändringsledning och organisationsutveckling.
