Suas responsabilidades serão:

  • Atue como ponto de contato para esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre processos administrativos acadêmicos para estudantes, professores e responsáveis, além de encaminhar as demandas aos responsáveis quando necessário.
  • Operacionalize os processos de lançamento e atualização de dados acadêmicos relacionados aos processos de ingresso, permanência e saída de estudantes, incluindo matrícula, rematrícula, trancamento, cancelamento e mobilidade acadêmica
  • Atue nos processos de registro de conclusão de curso, como colação de grau e emissão de certificados, realizando registros e encaminhamentos junto a órgãos competentes
  • Auxiliar os processos regulatórios com órgãos reguladores, fornecendo dados para os processos de auditoria;
  • Mantenha atualizados os registros da vida acadêmica dos estudantes, contribuindo com dados operacionais que subsidiem a gestão e a diretoria.
  • Operacionalize o cadastro de turmas, horários e professores, no sistema acadêmico, com objetivo de ofertar as turmas e disciplinas;
  • Garanta e mantenha atualizado os registros e documentos acadêmicos dos estudantes de forma digital, além de controlar e organizar os registros de vida acadêmica dos estudantes; e mantenha disponível os registros acadêmicos para estudantes e egressos.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Esteja cursando graduação em administração ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento intermediário de ferramentas google (planilhas, documentos, formulários, apresentações, drive) ou pacote office;
  • Conhecimento de regulamentações do MEC sobre secretaria acadêmica, certificados e auditoria.
  • Tenha familiaridade com plataformas educacionais (LMS, CRMs acadêmicos, portais do aluno) e ferramentas de comunicação digital
  • Desejável que conheça a plataforma educacional Lyceum
  • Comunicação

  • Proatividade
