Como Advogado(a) Pleno, sua missão será atuar com autonomia técnica, para advocacia in house de forma generalista para garantir a conformidade legal e mitigar riscos jurídicos, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões estratégicas que impactam o negócio e, com isso, ampliar a capacidade de resolução interna do jurídico, topa? Responsabilidades e atribuições...

  • Atuar junto a outras áreas da organização no mapeamento de riscos e soluções estratégicas, em demandas de naturezas diversas, para corroborar com a tomada de decisões;
  • Atuar como interface entre a organização e eventuais escritórios de assessoria jurídica terceirizados, realizando o direcionamento das demandas e acompanhamento dos retornos;
  • Atuar com autonomia técnica em negociações contratuais, realizando a elaboração, análise, discussão, pareceres e revisão de instrumentos legais;
  • Propor modelos ou processos jurídicos ágeis para novos negócios da organização;
  • Participar de audiências, representando legalmente a organização, e elaborar pareceres internos, incluindo avaliação de riscos;
  • Responder por demandas jurídicas de média complexidade, como elaboração e revisão de instrumentos contratuais, entre outras;
  • Prestar suporte jurídico consultivo aos gestores e executivos da organização para demandas do ambiente corporativo e acadêmico;
  • Atuar como junto à equipe jurídica interna, contribuindo com repertório multidisciplinar e estruturação de processos da área;
  • Acompanhar eventuais mudanças no ordenamento jurídico local, nacional e internacional, que possam afetar a organização, atuando de modo proativo para maior segurança jurídica institucional.

Requisitos...

  • Experiência sólida em Direito Empresarial e sobre Propriedade Intelectual;
  • Conhecimento sobre processos judiciais;
  • Conhecimento em pelo menos três áreas do Direito (Tributário, Trabalhista e Administrativo);
  • Conhecimento de processos de Governança Corporativa e Gestão de Riscos;
  • Conhecimento no uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial como instrumento de agilidade e eficiência para as demandas jurídicas;
  • Comunicação eficaz com públicos não-jurídicos, com foco em tradução de risco em decisão;
  • Escuta ativa, capacidade de tomada de decisão orientada a negócio, análise crítica, negociação e transferência de conhecimento;
  • Graduação em Direito, com OAB ativa e regular;
  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos como advogado(a) em ambiente corporativo (in-house);
  • Inglês intermediário para leitura, escrita, escuta e fala, incluindo inglês técnico;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido, em Recife/PE.
