Como Engenheiro(a) de Plataforma Sênior, sua missão será atuar na construção e evolução de infraestrutura como código, plataformas de orquestração de containers e observabilidade de sistemas críticos, atendendo projetos de clientes com alta exigência de disponibilidade e performance, topa? Esperamos que você...

  • Projete, implemente e mantenha clusters Kubernetes em produção (provisionamento, upgrades, hardening e troubleshooting);
  • Desenvolva e mantenha infraestrutura como código;
  • Automatize processos e ferramentas internas;
  • Gerencie segredos e políticas de acesso;
  • Implemente e evolua stacks de observabilidade;
  • Defina e monitore SLAs, SLOs e SLIs em conjunto com times de produto e engenharia;
  • Participe de plantões (on-call) e atuar na resposta e post-mortem de incidentes;
  • Colabore com squads de desenvolvimento na adoção de boas práticas de containerização e CI/CD.

Precisamos que você...

  • Tenha experiência sólida com Kubernetes (deploy, operação e troubleshooting em produção);
  • Tenha experiência em desenvolvimento de software;
  • Possua domínio de linguagens de automação e scripting;
  • Tenha experiência com containers em ambientes produtivos;
  • Tenha experiência prática com infraestrutura como código (IaC);
  • Possua conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de segredos;
  • Tenha vivência com observabilidade;
  • Tenha experiência com análise de logs;
  • Possua conhecimento consolidado de conceitos de SLA, SLO e SLI e cultura de confiabilidade (SRE);
  • Tenha experiência com GitOps;
  • Tenha experiência com múltiplos provedores de nuvem;
  • Possua conhecimento prático de FinOps e otimização de custos de infraestrutura em nuvem;
  • Tenha experiência com a linguagem Pkl para configuração;
  • Possua conhecimento no uso de ferramentas de IA generativa aplicadas ao dia a dia de engenharia;
  • Tenha conhecimento em práticas de DevSecOps (segurança integrada ao ciclo de desenvolvimento e entrega);
  • Inglês avançado/fluente;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em times multidisciplinares
