Como Engenheiro(a) de Plataforma Especialista, sua missão será atuar liderando tecnicamente decisões de arquitetura de plataforma, definindo padrões de observabilidade e confiabilidade e como referência técnica para múltiplos squads e projetos de clientes, topa? Vamos nessa!

Esperamos que você...

  • Defina a arquitetura de plataformas de orquestração de containers (Kubernetes) em escala, multi-cluster e/ou multi-cloud
  • Estabeleça padrões e governança de infraestrutura como código para múltiplos times;
  • Lidere a estratégia de gestão de segredos e segurança de infraestrutura;
  • Desenhe a estratégia de observabilidade end-to-end e defina SLAs, SLOs e SLIs para produtos críticos;
  • Atue como referência técnica em incidentes de alta severidade, conduzindo análises de causa raiz;
  • Atue na mentoria de engenheiros sênior e plenos, elevando o nível técnico do time;
  • Avalie e proponha adoção de novas tecnologias e ferramentas de orquestração/observabilidade;
  • Interaja diretamente com clientes e stakeholders para alinhar requisitos de confiabilidade e performance.

Precisamos que você...

  • Tenha experiência avançada e comprovada com Kubernetes em ambientes de larga escala (arquitetura, escalabilidade, segurança);
  • Tenha experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software;
  • Possua forte domínio de linguagens de automação, ferramentas internas e integrações;
  • Tenha expertise em containers e estratégias de orquestração;
  • Possua experiência avançada em infraestrutura como código, incluindo módulos reutilizáveis e governança de IaC;
  • Tenha experiência aprofundada com gestão de segredos (arquitetura, políticas, integração com aplicações);
  • Tenha expertise em observabilidade, com histórico de implementação de estratégias completas de monitoramento;
  • Tenha expertise em análise de logs;
  • Possua domínio consolidado de SLA, SLO, SLI e cultura de confiabilidade (SRE);
  • Tenha experiência avançada em GitOps, incluindo definição de padrões para múltiplos times;
  • Tenha experiência sólida em arquiteturas multi-cloud e de alta disponibilidade;
  • Possua domínio de FinOps, com histórico de estratégias de otimização de custos em escala;
  • Tenha experiência avançada com a linguagem Pkl para configuração;
  • Conhecimento avançado no uso de ferramentas de IA generativa aplicadas a engenharia de plataforma;
  • Conhecimento avançado em DevSecOps, incluindo definição de padrões de segurança para múltiplos times;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente;
  • Histórico de liderança técnica e mentoria.
