Como Technical Data Scientist Manager, sua missão será de responder pelo entendimento técnico do problema e corresponsável pela entrega, atuando como ponto focal técnico junto ao cliente e no acompanhamento e desenvolvimento da carreira da equipe com o objetivo de agregar valor ao projeto, cliente e time, topa? Vamos nessa!

É esperado de você:

  • Liderar tecnicamente o time de Dados, com foco em aplicações do setor de Óleo e Gás.
  • Prover direcionamento na pesquisa e implementação de algoritmos de Inteligência Artificial para processamento de linguagem natural (NLP), e análise de texto empregando LLMs e sistemas multi-agentes.
  • Participar na implementação de soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial.
  • Planejar experimentos para teste e validação dos algoritmos implementados.
  • Preparar os modelos para implantação.
  • Definir e executar pipelines de MLOps.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as descobertas mais recentes no campo da Inteligência Artificial.

É importante que você tenha:

  • Bacharel em Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica ou ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência com machine learning, deep learning ou inteligência artificial, preferencialmente em aplicações relacionadas a processamento de linguagem natural (NLP) empregando redes neurais profundas.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de MLOps/DevOps, Kubernet, Kubeflow, Airflow, MLFLow, etc.
  • Experiência com treinamento de modelos de deep learning.
  • Experiência com linguagem de programação Python.
  • Experiência com frameworks de Machine Learning como Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc.
  • Experiência com frameworks de Sistemas multi-agentes como Lengchain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.
  • Experiência com criação de agentes conversacionais empregando LLMs.
  • Conhecimento de Linux.
  • Experiência com metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de software como Scrum e Kanban.
  • Conhecimento elemental de Álgebra, Otimização Convexa e Teoria de Grafos.

É legal que você tenha:

  • Mestrado em Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Doutorado em Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia da Computação, Engenharia Elétrica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Familiaridade com treinamento (fine-tuning) de LLMs.
  • Familiaridade com protocolos como MCP, A2A, etc.
  • Técnicas avançadas de RAG (Graph-RAG).
  • Conhecimento do domínio dos problemas de Machine Learning aplicado ao setor de Óleo e Gás.
