Como Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET), sua missão será de atuar em todas as camadas e ciclos de vida do desenvolvimento do produto ou solução, sob orientação e acompanhamento, de modo a atender os objetivos pré-estabelecidos do projeto, com foco no aprendizado e autodesenvolvimento pautado nos princípios da cultura de qualidade da organização, que tem como base o pensamento crítico, atenção a detalhes e natureza preventiva, topa? Esperamos de você...

  • Desenvolver, executar e manter scripts de testes automatizados.
  • Realizar testes funcionais e de performance em aplicações mobile.
  • Analisar e reportar resultados de testes, garantindo a precisão e qualidade das entregas.
  • Manter e evoluir frameworks e processos de automação, sugerindo melhorias e implementando soluções inovadoras.
  • Colaborar diretamente com equipes internas e stakeholders do cliente, assegurando alinhamento e qualidade nos entregáveis.
  • Trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, onde papéis de QA e desenvolvimento são intercambiáveis conforme a necessidade.

Precisamos que você tenha...

  • Experiência prévia em automação de testes funcionais e de performance.
  • Conhecimento sólido em Python.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de integração contínua (Jenkins, Github Actions, etc).
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e boas práticas de QA.
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação verbal e escrita com clientes internacionais.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em equipe e facilidade em se comunicar com diferentes stakeholders.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em nossos escritórios em Recife/PE.

Seria legal se você tivesse...

  • Experiência prática com agentes de IA aplicados a desenvolvimento ou testes (ex.: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Agents).
  • Conhecimentos em prompt engineering, criação de skills/subagents e integração de LLMs em fluxos de automação.
  • Familiaridade com conceitos básicos de IA generativa (modelos, contexto, tool use, RAG).
  • Experiência trabalhando com desenvolvimento ou testes de hardware.
  • Experiência em manutenção e evolução de frameworks de automação.
  • Conhecimento em PyTest, UiAutomator e outras ferramentas de automação para dispositivos móveis.
  • Vivência em projetos que envolvam integração e entrega contínua (CI/CD).
  • Experiência com clientes internacionais e ambientes multiculturais.
  • Conhecimentos em APIs REST.
