Voor ENECO zoeken wij enthousiaste Klantspecialisten die klanten helpen met uiteenlopende vragen én willen meegroeien binnen een energiek project.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Klantspecialist ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten van ENECO. Je helpt klanten telefonisch en per mail met vragen over:

  • Gas- en stroomlevering
  • Facturen en betalingen
  • Meterstanden
  • Algemene servicevragen

Jij denkt mee, houdt overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat klanten duidelijk en vriendelijk geholpen worden.

Heb je het werk goed onder de knie? Dan kun je doorgroeien naar specialistische onderwerpen zoals:

  • Warmte
  • Nalatenschappen
  • Klachtenafhandeling

Ook lastige situaties ga jij niet uit de weg. Jij blijft rustig, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt voor een goede klantbeleving.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een startsalaris vanaf €16,83 per uur inclusief vakantiegeld

Maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08:00 en 16:00

✅ Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands ✅ Engels is mooi meegenomen ✅ Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau ✅ Je bent empathisch en oplossingsgericht ✅ Je blijft rustig als het druk is ✅ Je bent betrouwbaar en flexibel ✅ Je wilt jezelf voor langere tijd ontwikkelen binnen het project

Ervaring in de energiesector is een grote pré, maar ook kandidaten met ervaring in klantenservice nodigen we van harte uit om te solliciteren.
