Voor EnergyZero zoeken wij enthousiaste Klantspecialisten die klanten helpen met vragen over energie, service en administratie. Je komt terecht in een gezellig team waar samenwerken, ontwikkelen en plezier centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Klantspecialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten van EnergyZero.

Je helpt klanten telefonisch en per mail met vragen over:

  • Gas- en stroomlevering
  • Facturen en betalingen
  • Meterstanden
  • Algemene servicevragen

Jij denkt mee met de klant, blijft rustig als het druk is en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen duidelijk en vriendelijk geholpen wordt.

Daarnaast ontwikkel je jezelf tot echte communicatie-expert. Je leert onder andere:

  • Empathisch communiceren
  • Oplossingsgericht denken
  • Digitale gespreksvoering
  • Klantgericht adviseren

Skills waar je jouw hele carrière iets aan hebt.

  • Een salaris van €16,82 per uur inclusief vakantiegeld

✅ Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands ✅ Engels is voor jou geen probleem ✅ Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau ✅ Je bent empathisch en oplossingsgericht ✅ Je werkt betrouwbaar en nauwkeurig ✅ Je houdt van afwisseling en klantcontact

Ervaring in de energiesector is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
