Voor ons nieuwe project in Utrecht zoeken wij enthousiaste Klantspecialisten die energie krijgen van klantcontact. Je helpt particuliere klanten met vragen over hun mobiele abonnement en komt terecht in een hecht team op een moderne locatie in het Newton House, met prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt volop de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als klantspecialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant zich gehoord voelt en met een goed gevoel ophangt. Daarbij leer je veel meer dan alleen klantenservice: je ontwikkelt sterke communicatievaardigheden, leert omgaan met verschillende situaties én groeit in klantgericht adviseren.

  • Een salaris van €16,49 per uur inclusief vakantiegeld
  • Een volledig betaalde training van 2 weken
  • Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf 7,5 km

Werktijden

Maandag t/m vrijdag: 09:00 – 18:00

Wie ben jij?

✅Je communiceert duidelijk en klantvriendelijk.

✅Je denkt in oplossingen en blijft rustig in verschillende situaties.

✅Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels goed.

✅Je bent 24-32 uur of 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar.

✅Je bent beschikbaar op maandag en vrijdag.

✅Je bent bereid om 2 avonden per week te werken.

✅Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau.

✅Je bent beschikbaar voor een 2 weken durende fulltime betaalde training.

✅Ervaring in de klantenservice is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
