Nederlandstalige Klantenservice Medewerker – Málaga ☀

24–40 uur | Málaga | Nederlandstalig

Wonen, studeren of gewoon een tijdje genieten van het leven in Spanje? Combineer het met een Nederlandstalige baan in Málaga.

Voor ons team in Málaga zoeken we Nederlandstalige klantenservice medewerkers. Je woont en werkt in Spanje, hebt overdag contact met Nederlandse klanten en bent iedere dag om 16:00 uur klaar. Genoeg tijd dus om na je werk nog het strand op te gaan, te sporten of met je collega's de stad in te duiken.

Je komt in dienst bij Change CX en helpt vanuit ons kantoor Nederlandse klanten van één van onze opdrachtgevers.

Wat ga je doen?

Als klantenservice medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die bellen met een vraag. Je begeleidt bijvoorbeeld nieuwe klanten die zich aanmelden, mensen die hun contract willen verlengen, of iemand die overweegt om op te zeggen.

Je hebt voornamelijk telefonisch contact met Nederlandse klanten. Elk gesprek is anders, en dat maakt je werk afwisselend. Je luistert goed en herkent al snel wat iemand nodig heeft en welke oplossing van Eneco daar het beste bij past. Omdat je precies weet wat Eneco voor de klant kan betekenen, help je hem echt verder en zorg je ervoor dat hij tevreden ophangt.

En geen zorgen als je nog niet alles weet over de opdrachtgever of de dienstverlening. Voordat je begint, krijg je een uitgebreide training waarin we je alles leren wat je nodig hebt.

Dit ben jij

Voor ons hoef je echt geen jarenlange klantenservice-ervaring te hebben. Veel belangrijker vinden we dat je makkelijk communiceert, graag met mensen werkt en zin hebt om onderdeel te worden van ons team in Spanje.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en schrijft;
  • minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar is;
  • in Málaga woont óf ervoor openstaat om naar Málaga te verhuizen;
  • graag met mensen praat en anderen helpt;
  • makkelijk nieuwe systemen oppakt;
  • het leuk vindt om samen met collega's op kantoor te werken.

Ervaring in klantenservice? Mooi meegenomen. Nog geen ervaring, maar wel de juiste motivatie? Dan horen we net zo graag van je.

Wat krijg je van ons?

Werken en wonen in Málaga Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Málaga centrum, samen met een Nederlandstalig team.

Om 16:00 uur klaar Je werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag tussen 08:00 en 16:00 uur. Geen avonden dus — die zijn voor jezelf.

24 tot 40 uur per week Of je nu vier dagen wilt werken of liever fulltime aan de slag gaat: er zijn verschillende mogelijkheden. Salaris en bonussen Een salaris van 11,85 per uur en een bonus tot 10% op je maandsalaris bij goed presteren.

Een goede start Je krijgt een uitgebreide training en begeleiding, zodat je precies weet hoe je klanten het beste kunt helpen.

Een team om op terug te vallen Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt samen met leuke collega's en kunt altijd bij elkaar terecht voor vragen of hulp. Of voor plezier na werktijd!

Jouw werkdag in Málaga

Laptop dicht om 16:00 uur. En daarna?

Nog even naar het strand, sporten, een terrasje pakken in het centrum of gewoon genieten van de Spaanse zon. De volgende ochtend stap je weer het kantoor binnen en help je Nederlandse klanten verder.
