어떤 일을 담당하나요?

  • 한국에서 근무하며, 제품팀 내에서 일본 시장의 대사 역할을 수행합니다.
  • 제품번역 및 UX 감수(언어·문화·법규 등) 기반 기능 품질 검증
  • 일본 시장 고객 니즈 및 일본 사용자 피드백을 제품팀에게 전달
  • 일본 고객 요구를 바탕으로 기능 정의부터 출시까지 전 과정에 참여합니다.
  • 한국 HQ 제품팀과 일본 HQ 세일즈/CS 사이의 커뮤니케이션 허브 와 일본 사용자 경험을 책임집니다.
  • 한국 제품팀(PM/PD/Engineers)과의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 기능 개발 우선순위 및 일정 조율
  • 기획 → 설계 → QA → 론칭 → 운영에서 일본 관련 영향도를 오버롤로 이해
  • 일본 HQ 및 다양한 이해관계자와 커뮤니케이션 허브 역할 수행

어떤 역량과 경력이 필요한가요?

  • IT/SaaS 제품 관련 역할(PM/CX/Localization/Analyst 등) 2년 이상
  • 엔지니어팀과 협업 경험 보유
  • 기획과 개발 매커니즘에 대한 이해가 있는 분
  • 꼼꼼한 일정·품질 관리 능력 및 디테일 체크에 대한 역량
  • 일본 문화·사용자 정서에 대한 깊은 이해
  • 일본어 원어민 or 일본에 다년간 장기근무 또는 체류한 경험 있는 분(한국어 커뮤니케이션은 필수)
  • 논리적 문서 작성(예:PRD, 리서치 문서) 및 프로세스 개선 경험
  • 갈등이나 문제 등을 원활한 커뮤니케이션으로 해결할 수 있는 분
  • 고객을 만나고 이해하는 것에 익숙한 분
