SMB팀은 발굴부터 계약까지 한 사람이 끝까지 책임지는 Full-Cycle 세일즈 조직입니다.

잠재 고객을 직접 발굴하고, Discovery를 통해 고객의 문제를 정의하고, 솔루션을 제안하고, 협상과 계약 체결까지 모든 과정을 한 사람이 책임집니다. SDR, AE, AM으로 역할이 나뉘지 않습니다.

연 매출 50억 미만 규모의 기업을 대상으로 B2B와 B2C를 가리지 않고 다양한 고객을 만나며, 월 2,000건의 인바운드 리드를 담당하고 있습니다.

  • 팀 채용 참여 및 새 멤버 적응 지원

어떤 경력과 역량이 필요한가요?

  • B2B 세일즈 또는 사업개발 경험 5년 이상
  • SaaS가 아니어도 무형의 솔루션 세일즈 경험
  • Full-Cycle Sales 전 과정(발굴–Discovery–제안–협상–클로징)을 직접 실행해 본 경험
  • 2명 이상의 팀원을 직접 리딩해 본 경험
  • 파이프라인, 전환율 등 데이터를 근거로 문제를 정의하고 의사결정한 경험
  • 정답이 정해지지 않은 상황에서 스스로 목표를 세우고 실행 방식을 만들어 본 경험
