Bei Cheil Germany ist unser Empfang viel mehr als eine Rezeption: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleg:innen und Besucher:innen und sorgst im Hintergrund dafür, dass im Office alles rundläuft. Wenn du gerne der Mittelpunkt bist, an dem alle Fäden zusammenlaufen, und Lust hast, mehr als nur Empfang zu machen, lies weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

Empfang & erste Anlaufstelle

  • Du bist während unserer Empfangszeiten von 9 bis 18 Uhr mit deiner freundlichen Art die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kolleg:innen und Besucher:innen
  • Du nimmst Telefon und Klingel entgegen und kümmerst dich um die Post
  • Du koordinierst die Meetingraumbuchungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Meetingräume ordentlich und einsatzbereit sind

Office, Einkauf & Mobilität

  • Du übernimmst Office- und projektbezogene Bestellungen über Kreditkarte und PayPal und kümmerst dich um die dazugehörige Rechnungsbearbeitung
  • Du vertrittst unser Office Management (im Urlaubs- und Krankheitsfall)
  • Du verwaltest Mietwagen und unser Poolcar für Kolleg:innen aus dem Büro
  • Du buchst Reisen für unsere Expat-Kolleg:innen

  • Du bist Teil unseres Culture Teams
  • Du unterstützt bei internen Events sowie bei Benefits- und Health-Initiativen

Gut zu wissen:

Aufgrund der Aufgaben am Empfang ist diese Position zu 100 % vor Ort in unserem Büro in Eschborn vorgesehen. Homeoffice ist für diese Rolle daher nicht möglich.

Dein Profil

  • Eine freundliche, serviceorientierte Art – auch in Situationen, in denen mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anfallen
  • Organisationstalent und den Blick für Details
  • Einen verantwortungsvollen und diskreten Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen, Zahlungsdaten, Rechnungen und Reisedaten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, da du regelmäßig mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Kolleg:innen sowie Besucher:innen kommunizierst
  • Erste Erfahrung im Office Management oder am Empfang ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
