Als Operation Strategy Assistant (w/m/d) bist du Teil des Retail Performance Management-Teams, das für unseren Kunden Samsung Electronics Retail-Dienstleistungen erbringt. Retail Performance Management ist eine grundlegende Aktivität zur Maximierung des Kundenerlebnisses, der Markenbindung und des Wandels im Einzelhandelsumfelds. Deine Hauptaufgaben bestehen darin, die Kommunikation und Prozesse insbesondere für die Bereiche Operator Contact Center aufrechtzuerhalten und zu verbessern. Um somit die Sichtbarkeit von Kampagnen und Produkten, sowie den Abverkauf von Samsung Produkten zu steigern. Als Operation Strategy Assistant (w/m/d) verfügst du über hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeiten, um den Bereich des Retail Performance Management zum Laufen zu bringen.

Deine Aufgaben

1. Kunden-, Channel- & Sales-Steuerung

  • Zentrale Steuerung definierter Kunden-Accounts sowie aller Marketing- und vertriebsunterstützenden Maßnahmen im Kanal Operator Contact Center.
  • Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Sales- und Marketingmaßnahmen – von der Idee bis zur Realisierung.
  • Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Strategien und Sales-Aktivierungspläne.
  • Marktbeobachtung, Analyse von Trends sowie Identifizierung zusätzlicher Chancen und Potenziale.

2. Agentur-, Budget- & Prozessmanagement

  • Eigenständige Planung und Steuerung von Agenturen sowie Koordination und Kontrolle von Kommunikations-, Trainings-, Außendienst- und Emotionalisierungsmaßnahmen.
  • Planung und verantwortungsvolle Steuerung des Channel-Marketing-Budgets inklusive Kostenplanung und Ausschreibungen.
  • Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools und Automatisierungslösungen.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen internen Abteilungen wie Channel Marketing, Retail, Training und Product Management sowie externen Partnern.

3. Performance, Reporting & Optimierung

  • Erfolgsmessung von Vertriebs- und Marketingmaßnahmen sowie Analyse relevanter KPIs und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Konsolidierung und Aufbereitung tagesaktueller Daten und Aktionsnachweise für interne Zwecke sowie Präsentation der Ergebnisse gegenüber dem Headquarter.
  • Kontinuierliche Bewertung und Optimierung der Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Sales Impact.
  • Die Position berichtet an den Teamlead Operator Sales (Contact Center).

Dein Profil

  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Außen-/Innendienst oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in der operativen Koordination eines Teams
  • Kenntnisse über Marketing und Handelsmarketingaktivitäten, -werkzeuge und -techniken
  • Kenntnisse über den Einzelhandelsmarkt für Unterhaltungselektronik und mobile Kommunikation
  • Tiefgreifende MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit, Teams zu koordinieren
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben darzulegen
  • Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
