Deine Aufgaben

Als Field Operation Manager vertrittst du unseren Kunden direkt beim Händler / Call Centern vor Ort. Du bist verantwortlich für den Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen sowie die Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategie in deiner Region. Du agierst als kompetente/r Ansprechpartner/in und trägst wesentlich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

1. Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Strategische Betreuung sowie gezielter Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenportfolios
  • Umsetzung und lokale Anpassung der zentralen Vertriebsstrategie im zugewiesenen Gebiet
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Erreichung definierter KPIs (Umsatz, Absatz, Marktanteil)
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliches Monitoring von Verkaufsplänen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen sowie professionellen Produktpräsentationen
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen
  • Analyse individueller Kundenbedürfnisse und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen

2. Markt- und Performance-Management

  • Kontinuierliche Beobachtung und Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends
  • Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen zur Vertriebsoptimierung
  • Systematische Weitergabe relevanter Markt- und Kundeninformationen an Produkt- und Marketingteams
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherung und zum Ausbau des In-house-Shares
  • Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Erhebungen und Performance-Analysen

3. Zusammenarbeit und Umsetzung

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing und Customer Service
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Promotions und Produkteinführungen
  • Organisation und Sicherstellung von Produktschulungen an Call-Center-Standorten
  • Aktive Teilnahme an regionalen und nationalen Vertriebsveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

  • Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Außendienst / Vertrieb
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse und Markttrends
  • Analytische Kompetenz sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine proaktive Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools von Vorteil
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu reisen
