1. 重大项目全流程管理 负责研究院承接的国家重大攻关项目中智算系统相关软件组的全生命周期管理，涵盖项目目标的制定，计划分解、执行监控、风险控制与成果交付。 2. 项目进度简报 定期输出项目整体进度简报，与项目合同考核指标对齐，并与部门负责人汇报进度。 3. 技术与管理文档产出 牵头组织和撰写项目申报、阶段汇报、结题验收等技术与管理文档，确保内容准确、逻辑严谨。 4. 跨部门资源统筹 协调跨部门资源，推动技术、资源、进度多维协同，确保项目目标高质量达成。 5. 内外部沟通对接 负责与项目负责人、各技术团队、合作单位及上级管理部门的常态化沟通与对接。 6. 会议与汇报支撑 配合完成会议组织、材料整合、汇报支持等工作，保障项目整体推进顺畅。 7. 课题项目管理规范沉淀：研究国家课题从申报到验收的全流程标准要求，协助部门负责人根据公司已承接项目，提炼沉淀公司的课题项目管理规范。 8. 部门协同支持 按需配合部门整体工作安排，支持其他相关项目的协调与开展，助力团队整体目标实现。

1. 计算机、人工智能、软件工程、高性能计算等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 5年以上大项目管理或技术统筹经验，有课题项目全流程管理经验优先。 3. 有PMP 资质或项目管理培训经历，掌握项目交付全流程管理体系知识，有全局观。 4. 熟悉人工智能基础设施（AI Infra）及相关技术栈： - 系统架构：智算系统架构，如高性能计算（HPC）、分布式训练平台 - 底层开发与优化：算子库开发、编译器技术、通信库等 - 硬件与算力：GPU / 异构计算平台使用、性能调优、资源调度与管理 - 算法与框架：主流深度学习框架 5. 有主动向前的意识，对接客户一线，优秀的跨团队协作与资源整合能力，能适应复杂项目环境与多线并行职责。 6. 较强的抗压能力、体系化沟通能力与文档撰写能力。
