负责负责公司上游供应商全流程采购执行、供应商档案及采购台账管理等工作，联动内部各部门推进采购业务流转；协助采购负责人完成产品线采购支撑工作，保障采购流程规范、高效运转。 岗位职责 1. 供应商资源管理：负责供应商登记、准入归档、信息更新维护，按标准搭建供应商档案，资质、报价、合作协议等资料分类留存管理。 2. 采购全流程跟进：对接需求部门，协同采购需求至采购负责人，协助完成询价、比价、报价整理；采购合同起草、内部法务/财务审核、盖章归档，实时更新采购台账，留存全部采购单据文件。 3. 对账结算协同：配合财务完成与供应商月度对账、发票收取核对、应付款项跟进，同步往来账目、月度核销相关信息。 4. 采购业务支撑：协助采购负责人整理招标或比价资料、供应商基础对接、履约进度跟进。 5. 跨部门协同：对接业务需求部门、财务、法务、技术等内部团队，协调处理采购、供货、验收各类日常问题，严格执行公司采购管理制度与审批流程。 6. 完成上级交办的其他采购相关工作。

1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、商务、市场营销、行政管理等相关专业优先。 2. 3-4年To B采购、供应商管理、采购执行类工作经验，有AI算力采购、软件、互联网等行业经验优先。 3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，有飞书使用经验优先。 4. 熟悉标准采购作业流程，细心严谨，具备优秀台账、合同、资质文档整理管理能力。 5. 严守公司采购底价、供应商资源、采购合同等商业机密，责任心强，职业素养良好。
