1. 负责MaaS&大模型项目售前支撑，客户需求调研、痛点拆解、方案设计、技术答疑与产品演示，配合销售完成客户沟通与商务推进。 2. 独立输出AI/MaaS解决方案、技术应答、投标材料，负责标书制作、审核及归档，跟进项目台账与进度闭环。 3. 跟踪大模型及MaaS行业动态，理解主流技术原理与落地场景，输出场景适配建议。 4. 联动产品、研发、交付团队，同步客户需求，推动方案、产品功能及服务流程优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先。 2. 了解大模型基础原理与MaaS行业模式，熟悉AI ToB常见落地场景，具备基础行业认知。 3. 1-3年IT/AI/算力行业售前、方案、商务支持相关经验，接受能力优秀的初级人选。 4. 具备基础ToB商业化思维，熟练使用PPT、Excel，方案撰写、逻辑梳理、沟通表达能力良好。 5. 工作主动负责，逻辑清晰，抗压性强，可接受短期出差及项目阶段性攻坚。 6. 熟悉招投标流程、有云厂商/大模型厂商售前经验、可独立搭建简易Demo者优先。
