1、负责公司融资全流程，包括融资策略、方案设计、投资人拓展、融资材料、尽调、谈判及交割落地。 2、建立并维护投资者关系，持续拓展 VC/PE、产业资本及战略投资者资源，做好股东及潜在投资人的日常沟通。 3、统筹融资项目节奏，推动意向、条款、投决、尽调和交割等关键事项按期完成。 4、跟踪资本市场、行业及竞品融资动态，向管理层提供融资进展、投资者反馈及资本战略建议。 5、协同业务、财务、法务等团队，梳理业务与经营数据，完成 BP、财务模型、估值分析等核心材料。

1、本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济、法律等相关专业优先。 2、5 年以上投融资、投资者关系、投行、FA、VC/PE、战略投资等经验；有所在行业经验优先。 3、有完整股权融资项目经验，熟悉融资流程、估值逻辑、交易条款、尽调及交割。 4、能独立完成或主导 BP、财务模型、融资材料和投资人沟通，具备优秀的商业分析及谈判能力。 5、具有一定投资机构或产业资本资源，拥有成功融资落地经历者优先。 6、结果导向，具备较强的项目管理、跨部门协作及高节奏项目推进能力。
