1. 支持公司整体业务，为各业务部门提供日常法律咨询及解决方案； 2. 负责各类合同及法律文件的起草、审核、修改与谈判，包括采购、销售、渠道合作、市场推广、技术服务、知识产权等； 3. 深入参与业务项目，对业务模式、交易结构及合作方案进行法律风险评估，推动解决方案落地； 4. 负责公司日常法律事务及合规管理，持续完善合同、授权、印章等内部管理制度和流程； 5. 处理争议、诉讼及仲裁事项，协调管理外部合作律所，维护公司合法权益； 6. 跟踪相关法律法规及监管政策变化，开展内部法律培训。

1. 法学本科及以上学历，具有法律职业资格； 2. 具备 5 年以上法务相关工作经验及企业法务经历，有互联网或相关行业甲方经验优先； 3. 具备扎实的法律专业能力，熟悉合同审核、项目支持及风险管理； 4. 业务理解力强，能够兼顾风险控制与业务效率，提供切实可行的建议； 5. 具备良好的沟通协调、商务谈判及跨部门推动能力； 6. 工作主动、严谨负责，具备良好的职业操守和保密意识。 加分项 - 具有香港、海外或跨境业务法务经验； - 具备良好的英文合同审阅和商务沟通能力； - 有复杂项目、重大合同或争议解决经验。
