1. 产品规划和场景深耕：以产品owner 视角， 负责AI Infra 方向MaaS 平台的产品整体规划，跟踪行业竞品动态，聚焦B 端企业和C 端用户痛点，剖析产品落地场景，明确产品定位，定价策略，形成产品整体的解决方案。 2. 产品目标拆解：按照IPD 产品管理方法论，设定产品路标，明确各阶段需达成的目标，进行迭代路线规划。 3. 需求调研及产品设计：作为所有需求的统一归口，承接客户、销售、采购、运营等相关业务需求，进行统筹规划，独立开展需求调研，场景拆解，PRD 编写，高保真原型设计（必须项）。 4. 产品落地及版本管理：统一管理需求池，判断需求真伪、价值评估、排优先级等，组织需求评审，跟踪研发结果，规范产品版本管理。 5. 产品手册的输出：定期更新产品用户手册、培训材料、产品白皮书等的编写。 6. 商业化落地支撑：配合业务侧，交付侧，输出标准化产品方案，功能权益，产品定价，客户案例及解决方案等文档，跟进标杆客户定制化需求，沉淀可复用的行业场景解决方案，赋能销售前端拓客，助力客户续费与营收增长。 7. 跨部门协同：主导产品需求相关的跨部门沟通，保障产品高质量交付，完成产品迭代目标。

1. 本科及以上计算机相关专业，5年以上SaaS、MaaS或AI相关产品经验，必须具备至少一个SaaS/MaaS产品的从 0 到 1。 2. 具备产品线owner 系统化思考能力：敏锐的商业思维，对整个产品的商业模式、需求市场、功能规划、研发落地等有统筹考虑的能力，对业务目标负责。 3. 产品解决方案能力：能抽象识别和提炼共性需求形成系统性解决方案，对B 端业务有认知，具备B 端MaaS产品商业化认知，了解订阅，私有化部署等变现模式。 4. 掌握产品IPD 知识体系，熟练掌握产品原型设计能力。 5. 非常熟悉AI行业，具备很好的AI产品sense。 6. 出色的AI技术理解能力，能够与算法工程师及研发团队探讨产品技术方案。 7. 具备复杂系统拆解能力：能将模糊的企业需求转化为可工程化的产品方案。 8. 熟悉PLG（产品驱动增长）或SLG（销售驱动增长）模式
