Job Description
Help prepare the next generation of missionaries
Every year, thousands of young missionaries walk through the doors of the Provo Missionary Training Center ready to serve. As MTC Manager, you'll help shape what happens next. You'll lead the teams, training and operations that prepare them to serve with confidence around the world.
In this leadership role, you'll put the vision and direction of the Missionary Executive Council into action. You'll report to the Director of Missionary Effectiveness and lead multiple teams through their managers and supervisors. You'll oversee staffing, missionary training, budgets and financial goals. You'll also work regularly with senior Church leaders, key internal and external organizations, and government officials. If you're a seasoned leader who wants your work to have lasting, eternal impact, this role is for you.
This is an at-will, fixed-term position with the potential for continuation based on business needs and performance.
