Als Beratungsunternehmen unterstützen wir unseren Kunden bei der Suche nach einer passenden Person, die Herausforderungen nicht als Hürde, sondern als spannende Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung versteht.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen zur Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung mechatronischer Module und Systeme
  • Definition technischer Anforderungen an Qualifikationsprozesse und Prüfstände hinsichtlich Dynamik, Stabilität und Robustheit
  • Planung und Koordination der Entwicklung, Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe von Prüfständen an die Serienproduktion
  • Durchführung und Auswertung mechanischer, elektrischer und dynamischer Messungen an Komponenten, Baugruppen und mechatronischen Systemen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Analysealgorithmen in MATLAB zur Auswertung von Messdaten und Qualifikationsergebnissen
  • Durchführung von Systemanalysen, Simulationen und Fehleranalysen zur Optimierung und Absicherung mechatronischer Systeme
  • Dokumentation technischer Ergebnisse sowie Abstimmung mit Entwicklung, Produktion und weiteren relevanten Fachbereichen

Für diese Position sind bestimmte fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen hilfreich. Die folgenden Anforderungen geben dir einen Überblick darüber, welche Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften für diese Rolle von Vorteil sind.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Regelungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration mechatronischer Systeme, idealerweise mit elektrischen Antriebskomponenten
  • Kenntnisse in der Systemqualifikation, technischen Validierung und Verifizierung von Komponenten und Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung mit technischen Analysen, Simulationen, Messverfahren und der Bewertung von Systemeigenschaften
  • Kenntnisse in MATLAB, idealerweise einschließlich Programmierung und Entwicklung technischer Analysealgorithmen
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung im Schnittstellenmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungspartnern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
