Als Beratungsunternehmen unterstützen wir unseren Kunden bei der Suche nach einer passenden Person, die Herausforderungen nicht als Hürde, sondern als spannende Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung versteht.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Projektplanung und -steuerung über die gesamte Entwicklungsphase komplexer Programme in der Luftfahrtindustrie
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger KPI-Reportings zur Überwachung und Bewertung des Projektfortschritts
  • Überwachung relevanter Projektmeilensteine hinsichtlich Terminen, Kosten, technischen Anforderungen und Zielerreichung
  • Koordination operativer Themen als zentrale Kundenschnittstelle sowie Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen
  • Betreuung und Koordination von Linefit-Lieferungen im Rahmen laufender Luftfahrtprogramme
  • Unterstützung im Change Management sowie bei der Identifikation und Lösung projektbezogener Herausforderungen

Für diese Position sind bestimmte fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen hilfreich. Die folgenden Anforderungen geben dir einen Überblick darüber, welche Erfahrungen und Eigenschaften für diese Rolle von Vorteil sind.

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Change Management und Total Quality Management (TQM) sowie relevanten Problemlösungsmethoden
  • Vertiefte Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP und MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie versierte Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Projektkommunikation
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke und Teamorientierung
