Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a equipe de trabalho, distribuindo, controlando, acompanhando, orientando os trabalhos, treinando, capacitando e avaliando o desempenho dos subordinados, visando à produtividade, a qualidade e a integração da equipeGerir a equipe de técnicos de manutenção (distribuição de atividades, orientação técnica, feedback, treinamentos, escalas e cobertura de turnos) e realizar a construção da matriz de habilidades.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho da manutenção (Indisponibilidade, backlogs, custos, perfil de atendimento, HH, conformidade de planos e matriz energética) e propor ações de melhoria contínua, tomando ações de correção e prevenção de forma que os indicadores atinjam os níveis esperadoRealizar acompanhamento da execução das preventivas críticas da área responsávelSer o responsável por fomentar projetos de melhorias contínuas/kaizen para o time de manutenção/utilidadesPropor ações para economia e eficiência energéticaSer o guardião do programa de 5S nas oficinas da manutençãoRealizar a gestão de todos os consumíveis/ferramental do setor em que for responsávelRealizar a gestão de ponto, férias e irregularidades dos lideradosRealizar a gestão dos planos de ações da manutenção no setor responsável (Ciged, anomalias do grupo de melhoria contínua e análises de falha)Realizar as rotinas de reuniões do setor (GD, PCM semanal, fechamento mensal e trocas de turno)Elaborar, revisar e manter atualizados procedimentos, planos de manutenção, POPs e registros exigidos por validações, auditorias internas e externas.Planejar e priorizar ordens de serviço em conjunto com Produção, Qualidade e Segurança, minimizando o impacto na disponibilidade da planta.Supervisionar serviços de calibração, qualificação, pequenos projetos e melhorias em equipamentos, instalações e sistemas de utilidades (ETE, ETA, Subestações, HVAC, PW e caldeiras de vaporAssegurar a manutenção dos equipamentos, garantindo o controle ambiental conforme normas e requisitos de qualidade.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (NRs, regras internas, bloqueio e etiquetagem, trabalho em altura, espaços confinados etc.).Apoiar as áreas de qualidade, validação e engenharia em desvios, mudanças de engenharia, qualificação de equipamentos/sistemas e auditorias de clientes e órgãos reguladores.Solicitar e contratar serviços de terceiros, mediante avaliação técnica, pesquisa de mercado e análise da relação custo-benefício do trabalho; pesquisar e cadastrar novos materiais de manutenção, para inclusão deles nos itens de estoque e sistema de compras. Participar da especificação técnica, cotação, contratação e acompanhamento de fornecedores de serviços e materiais de manutenção, assegurando custo, prazo e qualidade.Ser um agente ativo da Cultura e Política internas da empresa.Ter disponibilidade de horário para trabalho nos 3 turnos e acompanhamento da fábrica em dias não úteis caso seja necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Eletrônica, Automação

ou Tecnólogo Automação, Gestão de Manutenção e Elétrica; Habilidade e conhecimentos com ferramentas de gestão.Conhecimento de ferramentas de confiabilidade (FMEA, RCM, 5Pqs, 5W2H, Ishikawa)Conhecimento com Power BI, SAP-PM
