Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Payment Support Specialist to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

In this position, we would like you to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Involved in all markets payment processing and support of payment methods
  • Supporting efficient payment processing
  • Ensure all payment transactions are processed correctly in real-time, identifying any failures or discrepancies.
  • Monitor payment gateways and third-party processors to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime.
  • Mentor and training new team members on payment systems, processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers regarding payment systems and issues
  • Verify and reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any issues related to payments
  • Identify opportunities for improving payment processing procedures and workflows
  • Participate in testing (debugging bugs, testing new functionality in order to understand its work)
  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance related to payment gateway integrations or issues (e.g., credit card, debit card, e-wallets, etc.).
  • Ensure that payment systems are working as expected, making sure transactions are processed without delays.
  • Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements.
  • Communicate with payment provider support representatives
  • Work in the administrative panel developed by the company
  • Coordinate with both customers and internal teams (e.g., finance, IT, or customer support) to resolve payment-related issues.
  • Ensure that all payment transactions follow legal and company policies, particularly around data security
  • Ensure all payment data is processed securely, in compliance with relevant regulations to protect sensitive customer information.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in payment systems and helping to implement security improvements

Required skills:

  • English language B1+
  • Knowledge of Russian language (Native)
