Your role:

As a Data Scientist, you will join our established Power BI & Analytics team within the Global Business Center. You will contribute to the evolution of our data analytics landscape — from traditional reporting to predictive and intelligent insights.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about applied data science, automation, and AI, and wants to grow within a global organization with strong mentorship and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of machine learning models to address business questions such as demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend prediction.
  • Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (ERP, operational, and financial systems).
  • Assist in integrating AI-driven insights into Power BI dashboards and reports (e.g., using Python scripts, Azure Machine Learning models, or Power BI AI visuals).
  • Explore opportunities to automate data processes and enhance the accuracy of analytics outputs.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to design proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for AI and machine learning use cases.
  • Support data governance and documentation of data sources, logic, and model results.
  • Communicate findings and analytical results in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and Power Platform technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series).
  • Knowledge of Python (preferred) or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or another data visualization tool.
  • Understanding of SQL and data modeling principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for data-driven insights.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable (Nice to Have):

  • University project or internship involving machine learning or AI model development.
  • Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or Jupyter Notebooks.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Experience integrating Python models into Power BI or Excel.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI principles and data ethics.

The starting salary is at min 2 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
