El Rol

Administra las actividades y recursos del sitio asignado para asegurar el nivel de calidad y de servicio del producto.

Lo que hará:

Conocer, Implementar y Asegurar el Cumplimiento al Sistema de Calidad según la Norma IATF 16949.

Asegurar que los requerimientos específicos de los clientes queden incluidos en el sistema de calidad de la planta para un adecuado cumplimiento de los mismo.

Realizar la planeación avanzada de la calidad para los proyectos internos, aftermarket y de EO.

Administrar el sistema de auditorías LPA.

Verificar la eficacia de las acciones correctivas en el sistema de calidad.

Asegurar la correcta implementación del modelo de calidad LPA, LL, QR, AMEF, mediante el seguimiento a indicadores claves.

Capacitar y certificar a las puntas de estrella de Calidad de los EAD´s, así como llevar a cabo juntas semanales de seguimiento y auditar la realización de sus tareas.

Tener conocimientos del sistema de ISO14001 en base a las responsabilidades de su puesto, conocer la forma de actuar en caso de presentarse una emergencia ambiental, así como tiene el derecho de detener cualquier actividad que Impacte al Medio Ambiente de la Organización.

Respetar y asegurar el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud aplicables en su área de trabajo.

Reportar y de ser necesario detener en el momento que son detectadas aquellas actividades que puedan poner en riesgo la Seguridad de las personas y el establecimiento, y/o la salud de los empleados.

Participar cuando sea requerido en la investigación de incidentes de salud y seguridad ocupacional.

Participar y apoyar en las estrategias para el éxito del sistema de HPT's.

Lo que define el éxito de la posición:

Mejorar indicadores de calidad y procesos,

Coordinar el sistema de calidad,

Asegurar el Mantenimiento de las acciones correctivas generadas por el sistema,

Controlar la documentación del sistema de calidad.

Gestionar la implementación de los sistemas que el cliente determine.

Lic. en Admón. Industrial,

Ing. Automotriz y Sistemas Esbeltos

Ing. Administración de la calidad.

Certificación como auditor interno en VDA 6.3

Ingles avanzado

Conocimientos técnicos y habilidades:

IATF 16949, Core Tools , PLUS, SAP, Análisis y solución de problemas 8D’s, ISO 9001, ISO 19011, Requisitos específicos de cliente de equipo original, Formel Q, Auditor líder certificado VDA 6.3, VDA 6.3, Seguridad de producto, Bemusterung (liberación de nuevas partes para producción), Piezas de seguridad D-TLD, Desarrollo de partes nuevas QPN, C, LPA, AMEF, Error Proofing,, EAD´s, SICAS, Fabricación de acumuladores, Innovación.
