El Supervisor de Mantenimiento es responsable de garantizar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y desempeño de los equipos de producción mediante la planeación, coordinación y ejecución de estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Esta posición impulsa la mejora continua de los procesos de mantenimiento, optimiza el uso de recursos y asegura que los activos operen de manera segura, eficiente y alineada con los objetivos de producción y calidad de la planta.

Lo que harás

  • Coordinar la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos e instalaciones de manufactura.
  • Diagnosticar y solucionar fallas mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas e hidráulicas para minimizar tiempos de paro.
  • Desarrollar, actualizar y optimizar planes de mantenimiento, rutinas, procedimientos, manuales y documentación técnica.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño de mantenimiento como MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidad y cumplimiento de programas.
  • Gestionar inventarios de refacciones críticas y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales para las actividades de mantenimiento.
  • Coordinar la operación del almacén de herramientas y garantizar el correcto uso de los recursos del área.
  • Participar en iniciativas de TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) y proyectos de mejora continua orientados a incrementar la confiabilidad de los equipos.
  • Colaborar con las áreas de Producción para analizar el desempeño de los activos e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Liderar acciones de innovación enfocadas a mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos de mantenimiento.
  • Elaborar y mantener actualizados diagramas, rutas de mantenimiento, listas de refacciones y documentación técnica de equipos.
  • Implementar y promover metodologías 5S en las áreas bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente aplicables a la operación.
  • Participar en investigaciones de incidentes y en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Coordinar actividades con proveedores y contratistas externos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de servicios especializados.

  • Cumplimiento sostenido de los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente.
  • Colaboración efectiva entre Mantenimiento, Producción y áreas de soporte.

Requisitos

Educación:

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecánica Eléctrica, Manufactura, Electrónica o carrera afín.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo dentro de entornos industriales o de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en diagnóstico y solución de problemas de maquinaria y equipos de producción.
  • Participación en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de procesos de mantenimiento.

Expertise:

  • Sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
  • Mantenimiento de maquinaria y equipos industriales.
  • TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Planeación y programación de mantenimiento.
  • Interpretación de diagramas y documentación técnica.
  • Gestión de indicadores de mantenimiento.
  • Administración de refacciones y herramientas.
  • Metodologías de análisis y solución de problemas.
