ABOUT THE ROLE

Own customer deployments for an AI-enabled procurement software platform, partnering closely with engineering from initial pilot through organization-wide adoption. You will turn sourcing and category-management needs into practical workflows and product feedback that improves the platform across customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead end-to-end customer deployments with engineering, from pilot through full organizational rollout.

- Run discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to understand procurement processes and translate customer expectations into actionable technical requirements.

- Design category-management and sourcing workflows, distinguishing reusable platform capabilities from account-specific needs.

- Bring customer behavior and feedback to engineering as clear product input.

- Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and executives on long-term rollout plans.

- Create onboarding playbooks, training materials, and best practices that support adoption across multiple customers.

- Travel to customer sites as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least three years of hands-on customer-facing experience working with both end users and senior executives.

- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations; procurement consulting experience is relevant.

- Experience designing sourcing and category-management workflows, leading customer workshops, and translating needs into technical requirements.

- Background owning customer deployments and creating onboarding and adoption materials across multiple customers.

- Ability to turn customer feedback into product requirements for engineering teams and navigate ambiguity with strong relationship-building skills.

- Fluency in German and English; experience working with DACH-based organizations or customers is beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity may be available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
