ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage team building AI software for enterprise procurement. You will own customer problems from discovery through production while helping shape the technical direction and engineering practices of the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Discover customer needs and deliver end-to-end product features across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

- Build AI-enabled workflows and shared foundations for agent context, tool use, and evaluation.

- Set architectural direction and make decisions that support performance, security, and developer experience.

- Review AI-assisted code and improve product quality through frequent releases and user feedback.

- Contribute to hiring, code review, and the team's engineering practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping full-stack production software, with clear evidence of strong engineering ability and ownership.

- Production experience with TypeScript and Python, including applications built with Next.js; familiarity with React, PostgreSQL or Supabase, and Vercel is relevant.

- Hands-on experience with production LLM applications, retrieval systems, and embeddings, including trade-offs in latency, cost, and quality.

- Experience designing reliable LLM workflows with evaluations, guardrails, and observability.

- Strong frontend, backend, database, API, and infrastructure fundamentals, with experience shipping features frequently.

- Startup or entrepreneurial product-building experience and the ability to work hands-on in a small team.

- Experience with real-time data pipelines, data normalization, and enterprise integrations is valuable.

- Procurement, ERP, or enterprise supply chain experience is a plus.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
