ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build high throughput, high concurrency systems that collect events from client desktop environments.
- Develop privacy and redaction capabilities to protect sensitive data.
- Model recorded work as structured process data, including knowledge graphs.
- Build coding agent workflows that generate software and help deploy it into production.
- Work directly with client teams to map workflows, deliver automation, and turn hands on work into repeatable systems.
- Own product features end to end, from design through deployment and ongoing use by customers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping production software, including ownership of features used by real customers.
- Production experience building with LLMs or AI agents, beyond prototypes.
- Strong full stack or backend skills in TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, or similar technologies.
- Interest in a high ownership, early stage role with ambiguity and broad product responsibilities.
- Helpful experience includes high concurrency systems, Rust, desktop applications or agents, coding agents, and code generation.
- Experience with Next.js, PostgreSQL, Azure, Tauri, or Windows desktop software is also relevant.
