ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a B2B growth marketing and lead generation team as a Growth Consultant, helping clients shape strategies to grow their businesses. You will own client relationships and provide strategic guidance, while specialist teams handle campaign execution.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Manage a portfolio of around 30 B2B clients and serve as their main point of contact.

- Meet regularly with managing directors and other decision-makers to discuss growth priorities and advise on strategy.

- Monitor account performance, retention, and opportunities to expand client relationships.

- Use data and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and guide client decisions.

- Coordinate with marketing and technical specialists to support client plans.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Typically 2 to 5 years of B2B experience with direct ownership of client accounts.

- A track record with measurable results, such as account portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance.

- Experience advising managing directors or other senior decision-makers.

- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, data, and reporting.

- Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or retaining B2B clients.

- Native-level German is required; strong English is helpful.

- Experience with CRM tools, B2B acquisition, or performance marketing is beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary of €50,000 to €70,000 annually, plus 12.5% commission on monthly recurring revenue. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
