Sales Development Representative (English-speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-ownership SDR position at a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, sitting at the heart of the English-speaking revenue motion. You will own the top-of-funnel end to end, from first contact through to qualified demo handoff, feeding a team of Account Executives and directly shaping how the go-to-market function scales. Top performers have a clear and fast path to AE.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the full English-speaking top-of-funnel, from first outreach to qualified demo handoff.

- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing on a daily basis.

- Run multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

- Build, test, and iterate on outreach sequences using a hypothesis-driven approach.

- Shape and improve SDR processes in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Onboard new customers and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.

- Operate with end-to-end ownership and act on direct, rapid feedback to accelerate your growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Native or C2-level English proficiency.

- At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales roles.

- Hands-on experience in top-of-funnel SDR execution rather than primarily enterprise account management.

- Proven multi-channel outreach skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including building and iterating on sequences.

- B2B SaaS sales background preferred.

- Competitive, metrics-driven mindset with motivation to maximise output and earn uncapped commission.

- Willingness to spend approximately 1 to 2 months on-site in Vienna, Austria to immerse in company culture before settling into the London base.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary of GBP 50,000 to 75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in London, England, United Kingdom. The role requires a temporary relocation to Vienna, Austria for approximately 1 to 2 months at the start.
